I am using DB2V9.1 on RHEL 4.0. I want to collect all statistics such as, db size, log size, free disk space, hit ratios, tablespace size, etc. This information I would collect through system catalogs, stored procedures or functions which ever appropriate. Now, I would like to schedule this tasks and send to concerned mail-ids along with mine. I am aware that using Task center you could possibly send task success or failure info to the specified contacts, but how to send the o/p of monitoring reports ????

the best would be to create a script, put it in the crontab and mail the files needed, by script. in developerwork you have a sample program how to ship attachment with mail.
