Question DB2 Developers Editions 9.5 - does it exist?

Is there DB2 Developer's Edition for version 9.5 and how can one get it?

I think you just get the Express-C version and the free Data Studio.

I've got 2 problems with express-c (with no anual subscription):
- there are no fix packs included.
- some features are missing, so can develop an application that uses them. In my particular case that is SQL replication.

In the information center there is mentioned "Developers license" here: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...69%6f%6e%22%20
but I fail to find any info how/where to get it.
