The database directory cannot be found on the indicated file system

My databases are exit when i do list db directory

When I try to connect

i am getting

SQL1031N The database directory cannot be found on the indicated file system.

the local directories below sqllib have gone
try to recatalog the db with : catalog db xx on /ccc
what has happened ? why did this occur ?

we are test start/stop script in HACMP environment.

by Uncatalogging and cataloging

db2 catalog db DBFEPESP on /fs02/data01

after that i stopped and reconnected db and worked fine
