DB2 Express-C 9.5 on DB2 ESE 8.2

I am going to install Express-C 9.5 on my PC (32-bits) and use it to work with our db on AIX which is DB2 ESE 8.2 (64-bits).

What can I and can not I do? I don't want to do any damage to our databases so should I 'look but do not touch'?

Thx

Define "Work With".

You want to install a full database engine on you PC (windows I assume) to do what in particular?
