archival logs

Hi help me


In our environment primary log file are not moving to archival log path

due to that primary log path get 100% full

i did db2stop and start

i am unable to connect database also
plese help me

Can you just paste the values you have assigned for LOGARCHMETH1.

It should be "DISK:/path"

LOGRETAIN = Recovery
(LOGARCHMETH1) = DISK:/udb/logs/db2odsq/archive/
USEREXIT OFF
there is enough space in arcival log

Still you facing the same problem? Did you take a complete offline backup of the Database after activating these parameter and then a db2start of the Instance?

Did you check whether you have enough rights to write to the above mentioned folder location???
