Is it possible to skip backup of some of the tables in tablespace while using any of the backup utility?

Its possible in a different way: Put all those tables which want to avoid during your daily backup inside the same TABLESPACE and put the rest of the tables in different tablespace. Now run your backup utility for those tablespaces where only those tables are existing which deserve a daily backup. You ignore the particular tablespace where the rest of tables are residing for which you don't want to run your backup.
