do you need a dump file of db2 ?
or you mean a copy of the questions ???
try studying first and have some test online...

There are no such "certification dumps" available because that would make the whole tests pointless because everyone could just memorize the correct answers. Just memorizing the correct answers is completely useless, except to show off, which won't do you any good in technical interviews anyway.

However, there are some sample tests that you can use for preparation. I recommend you look at those in addition to the various course materials.

And can anybody tell me the hierachy of DB2 certificatioin levels?

Find tutorials for 700 and 701 exams on IBM website. Here is an example of tutorial part 2 of 6 for 701 exam:
