DB2 - enable and disable constraints

Hi,

I have found the SET Integrity ... command to enable and disable constraints.
Is it the optimal solution..or any other way to disable and then to enable the constraints.

The question is what you want to do and why you want to disable/enable constraints. Without that, it will be hard to give you an "optimal" solution.
