Here we normally use letter format, but in India you may want to consider A4.

For Ex: Backup and Recovery Details
Performance Tuning Details
System Details

You are asking basic question that are answered extensively in the DB2 manual. Apparently, you are too lazy to read those manuals, so you should pay for such a service.
