Red face Configuring DB2 and RAD

Greetings All:

We are having difficulties establishing a successful connection between DB2 and our RAD. We are at DB2 V8.1.17 and RAD V7.5. The connection between the two is created, but when trying to DB objects w/RAD is shows the object folders containing nothing in the folders. The userid accessing the DB has connect priveleges and select/insert/update/delete for the tables. When I use the Control Center with the same userid I can view the objects under the database. If I change the userid's priveleges to DBADM RAD views all of the DB objects successfully, but it has DBADM authority which is not acceptable!!! Is there a way to view the DB object using RAD without giving it's userid DBADM authority? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,

George
