cannot open shared object file (was "help me")

i have problem install db2 on linux "fedora 9".

when i install db2_install,
[root@biplus 334_ESE_LNX26_32_NLV]#./db2_install
display "/home......../334_ESE_LNX26_32_NLV/db2/linux26/bin/disp_msg: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.s0.5: cannot open shared object file: NO such file or directiory.

i can not resolve this error.
pls help
