Even that (the cost engine of oracle is too high. but can we make our database more secure as oracle by using some algorithm.

Why don't you post your question in the Oracel forum?

There are 2 ways to go about it....

1. Either you use the wheel made by others (after paying them)
OR
2. Try to make your own wheel for free.

by the way what did you mean by our database here...
one last thing.... nothing is secure till you are a n b and not an expert... so just installing oracle will not make your whole system secure....

All database engines are delivered with some default security. Most of the database engines can support security ranging from wide open (meaning little or no security) to impossible to use (meaning so much security that the task at hand can no longer be accomplished).

No database can be completely secure. If human beings (or anything else for that matter) can access the database at all, then it is possible for the databse to be corrupted, hacked, cracked, etc. "Completely secure" is a lofty goal, but one that I see as unattainable by its very definition.

If you take some time to learn about your database engine, it rarely takes much effort to get good security. If you spend some time learning about the treats to your database engine and how to mitigate those threats you can get great security, but this takes some serious work. The only way that I know to make a database completely secure is to destroy it, because if a database can be read (at all, by anything) then it is possible to attack that database.
