Question db2look error

Hi,
I am using DB2 ESE V9.5 on windows 2003.
Running DB2look on any database generates the below error in the Event Viewer.

Event ID: 1000
Faulting application db2look.exe, version 9.5.0.808, faulting module db2look.exe, version 9.5.0.808, fault address 0x00041b5f.

I tried running the same command on another machine also but even there it is generating the same error. What actually is causing the error and how can I overcome it to successfully execute the command?

Apply the latest Fix Pack and try again. It the problem persists, open a PMR with IBM.
