problem in starting db2fs

when i try to start db2fs then it gives error db2javit not found
when i added db2javit folder to the path variable
then ./db2fs gives error
db2javit : rc +9501 db2instance : -2029059916

i have java class path set and javac works fine from anywhere
plz help me out
