I have a very good opening on DB2 DBA position. This position is at Mumbai Location. The JD as Fallows

Primary skills: DB2 DBA on Mainframes
Additional skills : DB2- DBA on Mainframe

Job descriptions basically requires knowledge on following activities:
In specific candidate should have hands on experience in OS/390 platforms.
1. Implementing Database Design: Database, Tablespace, Table, Index and various objects.
2. Data Maintenance: Utilities Phases Design and execution.
3. Authorization and privileges for DB2 access.
4. Back up and Recovery Activities and Tools:
5. DB2 Utilities: Runstats, Reorgs, DSNCOPY, DSNCOMP, LISTDEF, TEMPLAT etc.
6. Query tunning tools,Stored procedures, Triggers.
7. BMC Tools includes Recovery/DASD/CATALOG&CHANGEMAN / DB Admin Tool
8. Space and CPU utilization Tools:
9. DB2 Version migration and Installations.
10. Knowledge on REXX would be an added advantage

Experience : 2.5 yrs to 6 yrs
Qualification : Any graduate
Work Location : Mumbai
