Slow Login Window

We have our clients in a Windows Workgroup with DB2 Client installed on them. When the clients are in a workgroup and click on the DB2 client, the login window pops up within a coupld of seconds, however when i join the same computer to a AD Domain, the login windows takes about 100 Seconds to pop up. What changes should be done so that slow login windows pop up issue can be resolved???
