Problem in creating database through domain user

Hi All,

I am facing problem in creating database from my domain user.

I have installed DB2 v8.2 from domain user and also provided Admin rights to domain userid on my local machine.

I have set
DB2_GRP_LOOKUP=LOCAL

and also updated the dbm cfg :
(SYSADM_GROUP) = DB2ADMNS
(SYSCTRL_GROUP) = DB2ADMNS
(SYSMAINT_GROUP) = DB2ADMNS

But still giving the following error:
SQL1092N "XXXXX" does not have the authority to perform
the requested command.
Environment :
Local Machine : Win XP with Service pack 2

Appreciate early replies.

Regards,
