Cool Learn DB2 (I have sybase/microsoft db devel background, (Not a DBA)
What's the learning curve with a T-SQL background like mine, and any suggested websites or advise?

go to ibm developerswork and see for tutorials on db2 ...
there are many available

I think the learning curve approximates the inverse tangent of the time squared that you spend studying the manuals.
