I'm using db2 udb v7 and was created DW using TBC
and I have not OLAP startar kit
can you tell How can I install Olap startar kit form internet?

I am not sure what you are looking for, but Db2 version 7.2 has been out of support since September 30, 2004, so I doubt you will find it.
