DB2 Ver 9.5 Instance will not stop
I issued on DB2STOP against one of the Instances on my DB2 LUW V9.5 Server and the instance will not stop.

It's been over an hour.

When I try to attach to the Instance I get this?

db2 attach to kocdevu2

SQL6036N START or STOP DATABASE MANAGER command is already in progress.

Any ideas on how I can get this Instance restarted?
