Rebalance script on Test environment runs by itself

I'm on the DB2 UDB v9. I have a backup image from production on the test environment that I restored successfully last week.

Restoring and RF this week, a rebalance scripts keeps kicking off without me running them. Sometimes it's running several rebalance scripts at the same time. Last night and this morning the rebalance script ran without anyone kicking it off.

Would there be anything to look at that maybe causing this problem? This is very odd.
