grant select to a schema

I need to give SELECT for all the tables under a user called "PSOFT" to a plant operator group.

This user called hrms01 does not have DBADM. How do I only grant SELECT privilege for this user hrms01 to select from all the tables under the schema called "psoft."

Following is this persons current authorization:

Direct SYSADM authority = NO
Direct SYSCTRL authority = NO
Direct SYSMAINT authority = NO
Direct DBADM authority = NO
Direct CREATETAB authority = NO
Direct BINDADD authority = NO
Direct CONNECT authority = YES
Direct CREATE_NOT_FENC authority = NO
Direct IMPLICIT_SCHEMA authority = NO
Direct LOAD authority = NO
Direct QUIESCE_CONNECT authority = NO
Direct CREATE_EXTERNAL_ROUTINE authority = NO
Direct SYSMON authority = NO

Indirect SYSADM authority = NO
Indirect SYSCTRL authority = NO
Indirect SYSMAINT authority = NO
Indirect DBADM authority = NO
Indirect CREATETAB authority = YES
Indirect BINDADD authority = YES
Indirect CONNECT authority = YES
Indirect CREATE_NOT_FENC authority = NO
Indirect IMPLICIT_SCHEMA authority = YES

What I said was too damn short.

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.

You will have to grant select on each table, one at a time.
