Can any one post a document on Balanced Configuration Unit (BCU) for db2?

Either there is a bug in the website, or one has to be specifically authorized to download from that site (in addition to logging on).

Yes, something wrong with this site. I received "message code: 42e". I'll check with BCU support people next week, but most likely they won't know anything about this download site. Looks like you can ask questions related to this download site here, if you really need to have the docs:

I have a suspicion that unless one has purchased the Balanced Warehouse offering, it may not be possible to get access to the site. However, you local IBM rep may be able to get one of the manuals.
