Can someone give me a hint how we can find when trigger was invalidated ??

Take a look at when the table was altered.

Well,
I believe that this trigger was invalid even before last alter on the table.

Any other way ?

Have you tried using "invalid trigger" as a search on the IBM site? If not, you might be surprised what you find
