1.How to turn ON connection validation,?
2.How to turn ON the option to drop connections on failure?
3.How can I tweaked the memory settings for the domain?

I hope so....These are send to me from onsite team(senior DB2 DBA) he has enabled all these

Why he asked you if you even don't know to what DB are related these questions ?

The former two look like the JDBC pool connection settings on an application server, such as WAS.
