check if supported
Migration restrictions for DB2 servers
otherwise use db2look and export-load to move data

Depending on the actual platforms you may be able to use backup/restore: Backup and restore operations between different operating systems and hardware platforms

"O.S. this" to "O.S. that" is not really an issue. The CPU architecture is more relevant (it is all about endians). Solaris and linux can run on all kind of hardware. It is either
1) make an offline not compressed backup and try to restore this image on the new architecture. If that fails (no compatible CPU architecture)
2) the utility "db2move" is your friend
