DB2 related error on HP server

Hi All,
Could u please explain the significance of the file db2mkrts.args which comes with DB2 installation ?
We are trying to prepare a runtime utility rtsdb2 for running our COBOL gnts. The script for preparing the utility makes use of the file db2mkrts.args. Our DB2 version is 9.7. We did the same on a AIX server and the process was successful. But we are unable to prepare the utililty on a HP-UX itanium 11.31 server. We get the following error
rtsdb2
Execution error : file ''
error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

I would ask Microfocus for an explanation .. Raise a support call ..

This error comes from Micro Focus. Let them solve it, they charge you enough

They have more than 20 year experiance with MF cobol with embedded db2-sql so it must be a piece of cake for them.
