Question DBI1501E while installing DB2 9.5

Hi,

I get DBI1501E error while installing DB2 9.5, anybody can help with the issue? I was able to installed DB2 9.5 on the same machine and now after installing same linux version (RHEL 5.3 x86_64) db2setup shows error...

This should not be a package dependency issue since I've checked packages with a running server...

I'm still having issues with that

Hi, I've checked hosts file and everything seems to be in order.

I'm getting the same error: DBI1501E Verify that the file system on which the file resides is not damaged...

Now, what I'm trying to do is to install DB2 Express 9.7 on Red Hat Linux (both software and OS are 64 bits).

Is there something I might be missing here? I've never had trouble installing DB2 express before both on windows and linux distributions.

Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated!
