Problems after Fixpak installation on DB 18

Hi All,
1- I have 8.1 DB hosted on Windows OS. Wepsohere commerce server encounter following error after FIX pack patch installation.

[IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0120E Memory allocation failure
SQL0954C not enough storage is available in the application heap to process the statement.

2- It is recommended to bind *.lst and *.bnd in bnd folder after fix pak installation through db2 bind command with 0 Error. but i am getting following error
Bind error for user "ABC ". Package
"NULLID.ATSH04" already exists. SQLSTATE=42710
