Does DB2 have native language support?

I'm finding a wealth of language which can be used with DB2 but I just want to know if it has it's own native language like Oracle's DB (PL/SQL).

If so, what is it?

I've been search to find what how to created stored procedures in DB2 and I'm get all kinds of languages.

Can someone point me please to a link on basic stuff like this?

Thanks ahead of time.
