Using UDB V9.1 on AIX with 600gb database.

Requested our support group to run db2dart after having to cancel an alter to add foreign key after it ran for 2 days. Now db2dart has been running for 17 hours. Does anyone have any experience with db2dart who could share how long this might run?

Never mind, shortly after posting this the db2dart ended. 20 hrs 14 mns in case you are curious.

I'm not sure why you wanted to run db2dart... If you have to run it again in the future, you don't have to do it against the entire database. You can use it to check specific tablespaces/tables. There is also inspect command (this one can be done online).
