as apply progrom fetch the data and dumps in target as spill file and
starts writing to tables is target, some time two three spill file is very big which takes lot of time to complete a cycle,

Is there is way to set a parameter to commit after every 100000 records have been written from spill file into tables in target

there is not really a commitcount for apply. there are some settings that allow apply to split the work in smaller peaces ..
