db2iupdt instance upgradation fails

Hi all,

we are trying to update db2 isntance from 32 bit to 64 bit, but surprisingly after db2iupdt there is no response and the it suddendly prompts out. The db2level has still not changed.

Please suggest !!!!!!!!!!!

What DB2 version and OS are you using?
