Too much general or vague to answer.
(For example, there is no common understanding for the words "exsting rows" nor "new rows" in a table.)
Please make your issue more specific.
It would be a good way to show a sample data and expected results.

How to join the exsting rows in a table and the new rows generated by a query for the same table?
But, what conditions make relations between the exsting rows in a table and the new rows generated by a query.
