bmcload make stop status ?

there has been a situation where an tablespace loaded bu BMCLOAD (sharelevel none) puts the object to STOP status and later the status is converted to RW status on its own. the load job does not fail. When the object is in STOP status, the status is alerted by -904. this seems tricky, but not sure if some one has any answers.
