DB2 Connect Personal 9.1 uninstall Problems, Please help

Hi ,
I am trying to uninstall the DB2 from add/remove programmes and i am getting an error message like "Fatal Error During Installation ".

I tried stopping services and delete the Db2 client and all my attempts are futile. Can any one please help how to manually delete the DB2 9.1 connect personal edition ?

I suggest you log in as Administrator, stop all db2 related services, remove all files and folders of db2, then you remove all entries from the registry.

let me know if it worked.

Yaa. I followed all the steps . I used the command db2unins /f command which does all the uninstall forcebily . It seems that the uninstall went well but when i try to reinstall
the installation went well . But i am not able to bring up db2ca.bat from the command line
I am getting an error that cannot locate db2sys.dll and like that .
I dont know what went wrong.
