SQLite Vs DB2 Express-C
Hi,
I need an embedded DB for a small scale application. The DB is to be deployed on Windows XP/Vista/7/... (windows only)
My main concern is reliability, then price and compitability with OS (including future versions)
Please advise

I'm afraid you are comparing apples with oranges. DB2 Express-C is not an embedded database.

You can take a look at Apache Derby as well.
