Pool table files error when running db2ckupgrade

Hi all,

I'm trying to test an upgrade of DB2 9.5 to DB2 9.7, but when I run the db2ckupgrade command on one of our databases in the test environment I get the following error:

Pool table files access error

I've done some googling and looking aroudn on the IBM site and I can find nothing about what this error actually means, nor how to solve it. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful!

We're running DB2 Express-C v9.5.0.808, Fix pack 0 on Windows XP.
