db2diag.log Warning on Out of memory failure

I'm on DB2 V9.1. I got an "Out of memory failure" in the db2diag.log. Not sure what it all means and what could have caused this and what do about it. Here is the full log:

What flavor of DB2 (Workgroup, Enterprise, Express-C) are you using?

What OS?

What is the DBM config"

What is the DB config?

How much memory (RAM) does the server have?

Is it 32 or 64 bit?
