CAnnot Create a Database on Windows 2003 Enterprise Server DB2 9.5

I have a logon to the server but unable to create a database.

The DBA who installed the DB2 instance has said he set me up with all the required authority.

from the dbm cfg --
DATAbase manager Authentification is SERVER
Trust all clients YES
Trusted Client Auth CLIENT

If i try get authorizations - i get a -1024 error.

The people who set the DB2 installation up on the server reckon DB2 does not work well on windows.

Personally I think there UNIX people who do not use window servers often. Therefore have not granted the authorities correctly.

I will need to setup seperate instances on this server as well - So any help with the authorities issue greatly appreciated.
