Question DB2 ICE IB support

Hi,

I am looking for details on how IBM DB2 ICE (Integrated Cluster Environment) supports IB, for example:

1. Is it an RDMA implementation?
2. Does DB2 have any customized IB VERBS to support IB? Or is it a low level interface and uses IP over IB for large bandwidth?
3. Is it possible to replace IB with 10GbE without any customization?

Any links, docs, suggestions will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Regards
Rajeev
