shared memory segement

hi

shared memory segement is set in 32 bit

kernel.sem=?250 256000 32 1024?
kernel.msgmni=1024
kernel.shmmax=4294967296
kernel.shmall=<amount of memory in bytes on the system>
#end additions for DB2

this 4 gb is assign to entire db2 memory structure like
instance memory, database memory, application memory and agent memory
kindly suggest
