some db2 dba questions

please give your answers for below questions

What is the worst situation you have ever faced as a DBA and what did you personally do to solve it?
What is the single biggest mistake you see when you look at DB2 databases and what do you recommend to rectify it.
Is there any situation when your team member didnt solve the issue and you solved? how?
Your manager has written some code that 'should take 5 minutes to run'. It takes 4 hours. What do you do?

Regards
Pawan Kumar

I don't have team members. Nobody wants me in their team.

Fair enough.
But, aren't these questions that are to be answered from your experience.
Not from other peoples'. Kind of asking, 'what are your hobbies?' in a public forum to know what to answer for this question in an interview.

Except the last one, others are not hypothetical but asked to assess the level of experience you have.
