IBM WebSphere message broker v7.0 connect to DB2 Express-C v9.7.0.2
Apologies quite a newbie question here, how do I go about connecting the broker to db2. I’m aware of the command mqsisetdbparms but do I need to configure a data source ? I‘ve been able to connect the broker toolkit and data studio from remote clients to individual db2 databases indicating possibly not, however my message flow currently fails on connectivity.

Do I need a to set-up a ODBC or JDBC data saource?
