Smile DB2 clone or restore

I'm interested in building a test DB2 database from the production database in its entirety. What would be the easiest way of approaching this?

Clone? Restore?

Samples please.

Thanks.

Backup the production database, then do a redirected restore.

Redirected retsore

Thank you!

I'm not a DBA, but every place I've worked, they build their test system via a production DB2 backup. Currently, our DBA builds all 700+ one at a time. This process takes a full day and a half with numerous issues.

Do you happen to have quick example of a redirected restore?

Thanks again!

There are examples in the online manual.
