i need some help cannot connect

i installed db2 express -c 9.72 in ubuntu 10.04. Then i write db2fs firefox jumps out with first steps page and in this page are written :

First Steps was unable to connect to the online DB2 Information Center and could not find an instance of a locally installed DB2 Information Center for this version of the product. The use of First Steps to access product information requires one of the following types of connections to a DB2 Information Center:

    * Internet access to the online DB2 Information Center
    * A locally installed version of the DB2 Information Center
    * Access to a remotely configured DB2 Information Center

Its quite strange, because i have internet connnection.
Any ideas how to fix it?

could you explain, what you are doing and why .. how is firefox involved ?
try to go to the instance and see if connect and all is possible
see if remote connection is setup
Setting communication protocols for a DB2 instance
be more specific....
