DB2 9.1 connection issue

When i try to connect the DB2 9.1 database in DB2 control center,it will come out the below error message!

[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL0902C A system error (reason code = "")
occurred. Subsequent SQL statements cannot be processed.
SQLSTATE=58005
