According to manual when you do a table reorg, allow write access is default, but is that the case with "offline window" while configuring automatic maintenance table / index reorgs? In Control Center, I note you can select online or offline for indexes, but why can't you select it for table? I really can't have maintenance quiesce the db and kick everyone off.
