Find foreign keys without index

I am on DB2 on z/OS .
Found out some very slow running delete on a parent table
as the child table didn't have an index for the fk cols .
Does anyone have a query to find out all fkeys without an index ?

Looks at the catalog tables such as SYSFORIGNKEYS, SYSKEYS and SYSINDEXES.
