db2 move problem from windows in aix

I have already moved tables from Windows(db2 version is 9.5) to aix(db2 version 9.7) ,using db2look
To move Each table data I am using DB2BulkCopy class from .Net
But when column type character and enabled Bit data (see atached)
it has problems .

There ara different data in Columns where columns type character and enabled bit is data .
